Mud Slide/skiing

The mudslide that happened last week made national news.
While it unfortunately does effect about 40 homes it does not effect the Main Maggie Valley area nor does it effect access to Cataloochee Ski Area.
Speaking of the ski area. It continues to have fabulous conditions and has enough of a base to last deep into March.
Spring skiing ( if spring ever comes this year) should be better then any recent year in memory.
