The ski area announce yesterday that they would be open on the weekends of March 27 and 28 and April 3 and 4th.
The ski conditions are still GREAT.. Enjoy some spring skiing at it's finest.
They have weekday rates and are rates are the lowest of the year.
So...come on and enjoy the last skiing of the year.
Alice Ten Great Years

All of you who know and love Alice, can appreciate how lucky Marianne and I are in having her here. Today is her 10 year anniversary with us. She had become like family with both of us and all of our guests.
We are trying to send her on vacation some where and she needs some pushing...So when you next see her, or talk to her,
tell her she needs to take us up on our offer...SOON!

Spring Update

I'm calling today spring because it is the first weekend since way before Christmas that we may see 50 degrees.
Skiing is still fabulous..they will have lots of snow up there long after they close.
Update on our property..
WE have done major work to both Villa 7 and Villa 8. You would not recognize them. We will be shooting new pictures next week and will post soon. We also have done a lot of upkeep work in all of the other villas/cabins. Check out our unbelievable last minute specials on the internet specials page.
The 100% non smoking in the rooms and public spaces areas (lobby and pool) have been a big hit. There are plenty of rockers and areas to smoke outdoors so everyone seems happy.
We are continuing upgrading our rooms as well. We just finished putting Attic Heirlooms furniture in four more rooms.
We converted to creekside rooms with double beds to king rooms with a recliner and desk. They connect to rooms with two doubles so they are great family rooms. They are already in great demand.
As those of you who have stayed with us over the many years you know we put a considerable amount of money back into the property every year. This year is no exception. Even though the economy and the rockslide have taken it's toll we have found ways to continue our tradition of constantly improving our product, for you our cherished guests.
