Policies
Service Fee: This includes service on your hot tub. $50.00 on all rentals except Villa 2 which is $100.00.
Taxes: Villas are currently taxed at a 12 % Rate. This is subject to change and by law the prevailing rate at the actual time of rental is what will be charged.
Security Deposits. All villas rentals require a security deposit of $200.00, except for Villa 2 which is $400.00. Deposits are returned after the unit has been cleaned and inspected. They are not applied towards the rental at check-in. Deposits are forfeited if the rental is cancelled within 60 days of arrival date.
Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee of 15.00 is charged at the time of the reservation. This fee is waived if you rebook prior to your deposit being refunded.
Cancellations: Prior to 60 days of your reservation, no charges will apply. Within 60 days of your reservation you will lose your deposit. and be responsible for the full amount of the rental (less deposit and service fees) We will attempt in all good faith to rent it to another guest. If we do so, you will only be responsible for any difference in rental rates.
Pets: We are sorry but Pets are not allowed.
Smoking: You are welcome to smoke outside. Your deposit will be forfeited if you smoke inside the villas.
Linens and Supplies: We provide 2 turns of linens. We also supply a basic amount of enough soap and shampoo to get you through the first few days. Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and dish soap is also provided.
Hot Tubs: All of our villas have hot tubs. Service is provided once a week. (All tubs are completely dumped and reset between each rental). If showers are not taken prior to use, or if any kind of lotions are used, the hot tub may require additional service. Each service call is an additional $50.00. Please do not let children take off the covers. They are fragile. Replacement covers are $325.00
Check in/ Check out: Check in time on the Villas is Between 4 PM and 9 PM
Check out time is 10 AM
